Art provides a unique outlet for us to express our emotions, thoughts, and ideas in a visual format. It nurtures our creativity, allowing us to explore our imagination freely, and develop a sense of individuality (especially for the little ones).
A vital skill set in our world, we use artful thinking routines to help develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills. By learning how to observe, analyse, and make decisions, we foster our ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to challenges.
Time to get out of your head and into the moment! With a mindful approach, we give people the tools to calm the chatter in their minds, and find content in their lives. By learning how to be grounded in the present moment, we learn how to develop empathy for ourselves, as well as others.
Take time to cool down with art, a powerful tool for stress relief, focus and concentration, promoting overall well-being. Through creative expression, we naturally enter "the zone", bringing a sense of relaxation and mindfulness. This has been clinically proven to reduce anxiety and foster a positive mental state. By engaging in these activities, it enhances overall cognitive development, especially beneficial for children.
Feeling nervous about closing that big deal? Or jittery about that presentation or speech? Creatively engaging with art gives us a sense of accomplishment. As we see our ideas come to life, our self-esteem grows, boosting confidence in our abilities and encouraging us to take risks in other areas of life.
Open your mind and gain a better understanding on what makes us all uniquely different. Art exposes us to different cultures, traditions, and perspectives. By exploring various artists and their influences, styles, movements and techniques, we can develop an appreciation for diversity and gain a broader understanding of the world around us. Art, after all, is a reflection of life.

We started our collaboration with Michelle in 2022 when my son who was 5 was pre-diagnosed with ADHD. Albert is a super smart and creative kid who has trouble managing emotions while being concentrated on tasks he does not like. She really managed very well getting him to do things he doesn’t want to do, along with giving him and us helpful tools to manage his emotions when he feels overstimulated (breathing exercises, various emotional regulation exercises on understanding his emotions, etc).
While being very patient and understanding, Michelle is also super kid-friendly (my daughter loves her as well), and her idea about using art as therapy is something we should all use! So happy we found her and that she can help our son along the way!
